JOB: Governance for Development Program
Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates for two positions that will support the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to implement its Strategic Plan (SP) 2015-2030.
Cardno Emerging Markets supports the implementation of the Governance for Development (GfD) Program on behalf of the Australian Government. GfD supports the Government of Timor-Leste (GoTL) in its public administration reform program to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the civil service and to improve service delivery.
The CSC provides the framework for all human resource management and development activities across the Civil Service. The CSC has finalised and released its Strategic Plan (SP) 2015-2030, and it is now commencing with implementation.
Two SP Implementation Support Officers are being recruited to support the CSC to implement the SP throughout the line ministries and autonomous agencies of the government.
These are locally engaged staff position and will be based in Dili. Applicants must have a degree in Management, Public Administration, Human Resources or similar, plus at least 5 years of experience in the public administration and human resource management sector.
